Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like your AC drain might be clogged, causing water to back up and soak your floorboards. The AC drain plug on the Lincoln MKS is typically located on the passenger side, near the firewall. You'll need to get under the car to spot it—it's a small rubber hose that drains condensation from the AC. If it’s clogged, you can use a thin wire or compressed air to clear it out. Also, if you have a sunroof, the drains may be clogged, either in conjunction with the A/C or as the sole issue. The drains are relocated on the four corners of the sunroof and can be cleaned out with compressed air. That should stop the indoor swimming pool situation you've got going on!
