Hello, I would look into engine thermostat operation, as well as adequate coolant level and no air pockets in the cooling system. Have there been any repairs done? Additionally, engine temperature may be just fine, but climate control concerns inside the vehicle could be causing the temperature air you get to be cooler than desired. It will be necessary to perform a diagnostic test of the climate control system to figure out if there's something else to be done there.
