engine overheats

have replaced radiator and water pump and thermostat runs great at idle overheats when I drive

no I emptied the system twice also fan is working quess i'll try removeing the thermostat and see if that will stop it. pain in butt to remove or replace
thermostat in correct way?
same as the original one gonna wait till it cools down and remove it and try again removed thermostat and still overheats when driving am really at a lost here ready to sell for junk
