I'm not sure, there are two fuses that feed the instrument panel and the message center, which are one unit. You might try removing the fuses one at a time and see if just the message center part is disabled with the removal of only one of the fuses. The fuses numbers 16 & 17 in the interior fuse box. Good luck.

Gently pry the message center up and away from the dashboard. Unplug the connector and press the message center back down until you are ready to plug it back in.
