To our knowledge there is not a filter for the EGR solenoid. The only components in the EGR system is the EGR valve, EGR solenoid, EGR Valve gasket, DPFE ssensor and EVR sensor.

if you take solenoid apart, there is a filter inside. not replaceable, but can be cleaned.
