brake light, ABS, and TRAC Control light are on. I replaced the the battery myself and missed up the computer. My local parts store said there is a way to reset the computer with the key.

Hello, usually when the battery is disconnected, diagnostic trouble codes are cleared. If not, a diagnostic tool used for all modules - powertrain, chassis and body - will be required to clear any remaining trouble codes that were set due to low voltage or triggered by battery voltage spikes.
