Why is my 02 Lincoln LS overheating 3.0

What is your question?

It's occurs everytime I get in it now to go anywhere .the heater isn't working so I can't turn on heater to pull heat off engine. What else could 8t be I've change thermostats twice replaced reservoir and it still overheats I may may blocks suddenly it shoots to the three quarter level.,rpm only revs never past 2 once u kill it it takes about ten seconds u'll hear a whoosh sound like setting opened or closed reservoir staying full of fluid and no seen

What makes this problem better or worse?

When u turn ac on makes it happen quicker
