I have an 2002 ls that won't start . I changed the fuel pump still nothing, I was wondering if i could have an clogged fuel line and if so is it diffult to replace

What fuel pump did you change? This is a dual sump vehicle; basically two pumps / sending units, one in each side of the fuel tank. Is there fuel in both sumps of the tank? That would be one thing I would look for. But before that - are you certain there is no fuel pressure? Check this first; you may have another issue that needs attention.

Please do a fuel pressure test first. Dropping a fuel tank to access a pump is not something you should undertake unless you have to! The tank wraps around the driveshaft. On each side of the shaft, there is a pump in the top of the tank. One acts as a transfer pump to keep the fuel volume balanced left to right. The other supplies the engine.
