Is there a problem with the 2001LS oil cooler leaking into the cooling system.

What is your question?

There is Oil in the coolant system but everything else is fine no smoke the engine runs great. I read in the forum that it common for the oil cooler to fail and cause this symptom on the 2004 model but I can’t find any info on this happening on the 2001 model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
