The first thing to check is the thermostat to make sure it is operating properly. Is your engine temperature getting up normal in a reasonable amount of time or does it take longer than normal? This vehicle also has a heater control valve that allows hot engine coolant to flow into the heater core, which is where the heat for the heater comes from. If this valve is bad or not being controlled properly you wont have any heat.
i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A NEW HEATER CONTROL VALVE ($178.00).
