What is your question?
This problem occurs seemingly randomly. Auto door locks, seat adjustment and electric windows do not work or make clicking sound with slight movement of window when switch is activated. Fuses keep blowing and problem sometimes goes away for a short time, but is happening more frequently, now. Had Ford service look at it and could not find problem. They said they messed around under drivers seat moving wiring and problem went away. $400.00 charge with no solution. Can anyone help me figure out how to find short?

short to ground...a door module wouldnt cause fuses to blow...must check wiring of circuit...see above post regarding compass and a circuit breaker...anytime a fuse keeps blowing, put circuit breaker in its place...follow wiring with a magnetic compass...when problem is found, the needle will suddenly point opposite of where it had been pointing previously
I have the same prob...with my "2002 Lincoln Continental" (Auto door locks, seat adjustment and electric windows do not work or make clicking sound with slight movement of window when switch is activated.) Also... 1)when doors are Open the "system Check says: Doors Closed! 2) Trunk will not Open, not even with the KEY ! 3) the Car Doors are always UN-locked 4) I cannot control anything from the drivers door control panel Its all related to the BCM, could be a Broken Ground,Broken Wire, Burnt Dias-ode, Rusted Contact, bad Door Switch, etc. *****I Bought it NEW IN 2002 with less than 1 mile, I just turned the Odometer at 52,000 Miles Please Reply with any Help !!!!
