Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Since you stated that the engine does manually turn - that's a good sign. But it sounds like something is preventing the necessary speed for the starter motor to turn and get the engine started. I know you said it has a "new battery" and "starter", but I would question the state of charge and the ability to sustain a load of the battery - as well as the power; is it rated at or above 850 cold cranking amps (CCA)?. I would question the quality of the starter motor. Is it from Lincoln / Ford? Sometimes a "new" starter motor out of the box is faulty. I would also check the battery cables on all sides - to ensure they are fully free of corrosion and also secured fully without any kind of interruption or loose connections. Beyond that, you may want to enlist a professional near you to have a look and evaluate your vehicle. See below -- https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
