Engine runs rough after shifts into drive

What is your question?

It starts just fine. Does idle a little rough. Runs ok if you run it hard. If you drive it normal it starts to miss in second gear and continues into drive. Seems to be worse after you drive for a while. I changed the spark plgs and 0 change.
