I changed my water pump and my dash still says low coolant how do i reset it

You could still have a low coolant level. Be sure to purge the air out of your cooling system -- not an easy task on that Continental - and restore proper coolant level in the reservoir. If that doesn't work, the sensor could be faulty, which is likely part of the reservoir itself.
