No fuel pressure at the rail

HI and thank You,but thats not it,replaced pump last year,car ran fine since then,came out of the autoparts store and car would'n start,I went back in the store and bought a can of starting fluid and the car started,got home and turned the car off,it still won't start to this day,if I put fuel into the throttle body it will start right up ???,I still have no fuel pressure at the vavle on the fuel rail. PLease Help !!! P.S. I can hear the pump come on when i first try to start the car,I even put 12volts on the old pump and it pumped with no problem,I just don't want to throw money at parts."correction" cleaned out fuel filter and tryed to restart car,took fuel filter out again and it was emty,that tells me the pump is not pumping.

What was the solution here? I have the same issue after replacing my radiator and alternator. No pressure at the fuel rail. It was never an issue before this. Help!!!
