My grandson's 1998 Lincoln Continental ignition key won't turn.

the tumbler has failed and needs to be replaced. did he try another key?? Roy

did you try backing the key to the ACC postion first? also,jiggle the steering wheel back and forth while trying to turn key in either direction. it works on my 98 lincoln cont.

just go on ebay 98 linc parts plenty of keys with chip for sale cheap too
