Hot a/c gage needle sent off dial , low side just hot air what can is going on ?

Unless you are skilled and licensed to handle refrigerant, I would leave any and all of this to a professional technician with a section 609 certification. I appreciate that the compressor, accumulator and orifice tube were replaced, but -- what was the original cause of failure? If the original compressor seized or catastrophically failed, you could have debris throughout your system that must be flushed. In some cases, a "pancake" filter needs to be added to collect debris.
