suspension and traction control

What is your question?

I just purchased my car and at night it lets down in the back-end but when I start it in the morning it lifts back up to position. Is this normal? Also when I start it the traction control starts sounding and the display says "check traction control" and when I turn off the traction control I have to do it everytime the car is turned off and back on again.
