There are certainly a ton of folks out there who specialize in building 60's Ford V8s. For example - there's an entire industry based on Mustang restoration... I would suggest trying some shops near you. They will "know a guy" in the area that is a go-to guy for this kind of project. Good luck to you and defintiely feel proud of what you are taking on!
