Inherited '82 Lincoln Continental.Locking lug nut. How to get replacement key?

What is your question?

My mother died and left me her beautiful old Lincoln. Can't change flat tire due to locking lug nuts. I have NO idea where to find the key. Please, help? Have car serial #.

Do the locks stick out? What works sometimes is you take an impact socket that almost fit over the lock,hammer socket over lock nut and that will remove them sometimes with a breaker bar.
