My SUV won't move when in D or R. Is it a bad shift solenoid?

Clearing the code is not resolving anything. It's not like you can "clear" the problem that is occurring away. The shift solenoid and pressure control solenoid are not the same thing. And most "do it yourself" folks are not even close to equipped to diagnose and repair these concerns. Seek guidance from a professional near you. The money spent will be less than if you guess.
