my check engine light came on when I pulled into a car wash that pushed the car through a tunnel of spinning brushed and water jets. The fault code suggested the EVAP system. Subsequently, the VSC Off light came on as well. Could this be a result of going into the car wash? While being pushed through the car wash, I thought that I heard something scrapping along the bottom of the car as though the car's bottom was riding on the rail that guides the tires through the tunnel. I got home and jacked up the car to see if I could find some loose vent hose or broken dangling wire, but I couldn't find anything. Suggestions?
