the button is unresponsive to change driver-side temp. Top up/down button too

Hi! This is Bo with CarGenius. Lexus A/C commands run on a LIN network, so you may just have a servo motor that's failing. The top most likely isn't activating due to the tonneau. There's a safety switch to keep the top from crushing luggage in the trunk.
