When I try to start my car it Sparks at the relay, I've replaced the relay

If a circuit panel "got wet", I would first wonder -- how, and is this an isolated incident or a repeated concern? Additionally, have you started testing at your battery to determine if it is fully charged and able to hold a load? It is hard to know if battery cables are secured properly in the correct locations and are free of corrosion. Sounds like basic testing is needed, besides the possible water and corrosive concerns at the fuse panel.
