my lexus got in a minor fendorbendor and hasnt started since... tried everything

If you have spark, fuel, air, exhaust flow in the proper amounts and at the proper time, coupled with proper engine timing and internal engine compression -- the vehicle will start. Something is certainly missing here. Unfortunately, without hands on diagnostic testing with the proper equipment and reference materials, it's impossible to guess what may be happening here. Since the accident is a variable by which the problem began occurring, it would be prudent to double check everything in the vicinity of the damage to see if there are components that may have been affected. This can include wiring harnesses.
