Changed spark plugs and all new wiring, still missing. Need information on timing advance, spark advance and electrical. What do I need to look for? Please help

my 1993 SC400 did the same thing , i also changed same parts, i took mine to a speed shop and it was the fuel pump not putting out enough psi, after they changed it, parts and labor(529) dollars,now mine run like a wild bat out hell, its even faster than b 4.
