Hello, If you changed the 12 volt battery, my hope is that you had the battery tested because the 12v battery is charged by the high voltage battery. If there is a charging issue with the high voltage battery or hybrid system, the 12v battery is not going to charge, so you may have the same issue as when you started out. Unfortunately, there are no consumer or aftermarket solutions for a discharged hybrid battery, so if the battery is discharged, you will have to seek dealer assistance.
