What is your question?
After changing my tire, I got a check hybrid system/check vcs error and the vehicle wouldn't start. Last time I had the hybrid system error it was the battery so we unhooked the battery and checked it and it's fine. Hooked the battery back up and now we have the check hybrid system and red triangle to check system. Used a code reader and it's saying issue with o2 sensor, catalytic converter and EVAP system. Which do we repair first to get the vehicle running again?

Hello, I'd recommend clearing the diagnostic trouble codes and rechecking operation. You may find those codes are not legitimate based on a lack of proper operating power. Those three areas are not "hybrid system errors" - so, again, I'd clear the codes and operate the vehicle to see what's going on. If the vehicle is not starting, codes are not going to be valid anyway. The vehicle must be running to obtain accurate trouble codes. So, don't fix anything! Continue testing.
