What is your question?
Is it going to be expensive?

Hello, there's simply no way to know! It's all about completing scheduled maintenance in a timely manner, and keeping on top of things that need to be handled. There's no reason to think that a Lexus should need major repairs at 100,000 miles if it's been maintained properly. I'd recommend having the vehicle inspected at a trusted shop near you to see if there are any areas of attention right now.
