What is your question?
Why do both front end struts on my Lexus RX350 need to be replaced at 25,000 miles? And my dealership will not call me back to replace them?
How long has your 2017 Lexus RX350 had this problem?
A week

Hello -- first, tire mileage "ratings" are really misleading. First, have you rotated your tires religiously every 4,000 - 5,000 miles? Then, have you verified air pressure is spot on almost daily? Most of us don't follow either of those requirements to a tee -- let alone the characteristics that typically cause more tire wear -- driving habits, wheel alignment, and so forth. Honestly, other than rotating, verifying proper wheel alignment and inflation -- you can't do much more, and it is what it is. Different vehicles yield different results with different tires. As far as struts -- what's wrong with them? Did your dealership condemn them? With your dealership, get with the service management if you aren't getting the response you should be.
