My vehicle only has 30,800,000 miles. If the fuel pump which is a recalled part is the manufacture responsible

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I'm not certain what you mean about the mileage - did you mean 30,800? Clearly you do not have 30 million miles... Either way, check with Lexus or the NHTSA web site to check for any open recalls on your vehicle. You'll need the vehicle identification number (VIN) to check it. Stalling on acceleration can be caused by multiple things - so be sure to have proper testing and inspection done before jumping to any conclusions.
