Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your 2015 Lexus RX350. A clicking noise coming from the steering wheel, steering column, or even outside of the vehicle when turning the steering wheel can be caused by a large number of different components. If the noise is in the steering wheel or column area this in some cases can be caused by an internal failure with the clock spring or even with a component like a turn signal switch that may be failing. Noise coming from outside of your vehicle when turning can be caused by a failing steering component like a tie rod, steering gear, or other steering related components. This concern should be checked into as soon as possible to prevent further breakdown or complete failure.
