Updating to a newer RX 350. The 2010 we are getting rid of just had new tires installed. The 2013 we are bought needs tires. Wheels & tires were swapped.

Whereas the tires might be the same size - check the placard on the door jamb to ensure they match - the sensors in the wheels will need to be mated to the vehicle so they can be measured for tire air pressure. A special tool is required for this. See a Toyota repair shop near you. It's also possible the 2014 and 2010 sensors are not interchangeable.
