The blower in my 2014 RX350 making a deep sounding noise. Suddenly started.

Replaced the cabin filter and the blower began making a deep running noise. Removed the new filter and ran the motor and the noise persisted. It gets significantly louder on recirculation setting with or without the filter. Also tried switching back to the old filter but the prob stayed. The vehicle has only 26,000 miles on it but over the last 10 days I drove it coast to coast through the South on interstate 10 so the AC got heavily used. What can I expect on a blower motor replacement, is it DYIable. I'm 76 so getting down into the foot well is tough. Thanks
