What is your question?
I bought this Vehicle from CarMax, last year and have had to have them replace the control arm twice, because it keeps failing. They are telling me that the part was Faulty. Can it be something that they are not doing right? Both Parts were straight from Toyota. I'd seen the paper work.
What makes this problem better or worse?
worse sometimes when stepping on the brake and going around a sharp curve
How long has your 2013 Lexus RX350 had this problem?
About a month

Hello, it does sound quite unusual that the control arm would fail twice. When you say it is failing, what is happening to it to cause it to be needed again? It may be that something else that is not quite right is contributing to premature failure of this part. You could definitely get a second opinion. CarMax serviced my vehicle this morning and they discovered that popping nose is coming from the driver side ball joint, it's failing. I'm going to speak to the Service Manager, because I don't understand why they didn't replace all associate parts when they discovered and replaced the failing control arm a few months ago.
I picked up my vehicle last night, the paper work shows that the Problem was driver side ball joint, they replaced that and the lower control arm, this is the third time. I'm going to speak with a Manager about having this vehicle replaced.
