Getting Steering wheel warning when turning on blinker

Steering wheel warning symbol comes on and RX250 hesitates when blinker turned on, and/or headlights, or trying to adjust seat, and radio turned on, dome light flickers when door opened, power steering gets hard to turn. The dealer added after market Back up mirror, front and rear sparking sensors, and heated seats. Everything started after sensors added, heated seats and backup mirror. I needed to replace battery after buying RX350 on Jan 29,2019 within 3 months - this is a 2010 RX350 with 80,000 miles as of 2/6/2019. Seems as if power is draining or electrical issue.
