No noise, battery lights on the dash. Just won't turn over

Hello, When you have a no start and no crank from the engine condition, always start from the basics. Just because you have lights doesn't mean the battery is in acceptable condition. Check the battery first -- for state of charge as well as the ability to handle the load of the starter. Once the battery is known to be good, then you can proceed to test other components, like any anti-theft key functionality, any further starting system issues like a starter that is taking excessive amperage to operate, battery cables that are corroded or not fastened securely, a blown maxi-fuse... Lots of possibilities -- but you'll have to test things step by step to see what is going on.
