Wiper Blade replacement

What is your question?

Can't figure out how to get the windshield wiper blade assembly off the car. Have pushed in the tab, but can't can't pry off either blade on the front windshield. Don't know how to remove back wiper blade either. It's cold out; I have the rubber inserts, just want to bring them inside to change.
