Rear valve cov gasket replcd and oil pan gaskets. Leaks 2 more times.

Shop said bolts were loose and they re torqued. The oil leak looking under front of car just behind oil pan there is a sectio with 2 bolts hanging down where it is leaking again. Sorry don't know the exact part this is. I took a pic of the area but I can't get it on here. Tried putting pic on not working.thks for help went back to Gateway Tires in Ridgeland MS my 5th trip back. The manager very rudely told me to take it somewhere else they weren't going to touch it again. I was also told that their guys were SAE certified but they really don't know Lexus like a dealer would. That they are giving me my money to take it somewhere else and bolts come loose after a valve gasket replacement all the time. I know something is wrong with the oil still leaking and the loose metal racket.
