My check engine light, Trac off, VSC lights all on at once why? how much to fix

This happened to me. There is a black hose that is disconnected behind the filter box. I don't know all the technical language to use ( female) but I will do my best.

I am currently having the same issue with my Lexus. The first diagnosis stated it was the gas cap- got the gas cap replaced with an original cap, it came back on about 2 days later, which is the trend I am seeing once the light is reset. Took it to the local Lexus dealership and they told me it was the charcoal canister and purge was inoperable and needs to be replaced, which would cost about $1,200. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they stated that they could not find anything wrong. It is currently getting another review. This is really frustrating!!

What's the final diagnosis? This is happening to me also. I have a 2000 rx300 with 260000 miles. I have always gone to the dealer for service but now I'm thinking you don't take a 16 year old car to the dealer for service. Do you know what codes were returned from the diagnosis? P0440, P0446, PO441 etc?
