makes a loud screeching noise when it first starts and ac fan doesn't out air

What is your question?

1)fan does work, ac is producing cold air. 2)screeching noise is almost every time car starts up 3) locks not not responding to remote plus drivers side and passenger side rear door does respond to auto lock button in car.

What makes this problem better or worse?

screeching less in damp weather
