Repair or Sell? Heat & A/C are gone, need back struts/exhaust/starter

i think you need to get a second opinion from a Japanese specialty shop. don't forget, the timing belt will be due at 90K along with the water pump, idlers and timing belt. the exhaust rusted out because of winter salt. still, i just can't see where $4000 comes from, especially from someone who can't fix a/c and heat! get a "real" dollar amount for repairs required and factor that against a 2011 RX350 at $43,000...it's all about what you can afford.
