Hello this condition is a problem or fault with the blower speed control relay,the blower motor control module.I have seen this before at our repair center.HAVE A BLESS DAY from DR. RECO.

Thank you for your response. What is cost to repair? Can I change it myself, or will it take specialize skill and tools? Searched for part. Is a "Motor Blower" same as "Blower Motor Control Module"?
