Hello, Is this when you turn the steering wheel all the way to the right quickly, or it can be heard no matter how soft or far you turn? A few possibilities that are tied strongly to steering are tie rods, steering gear bushings, and ball joints, but there are many points of movement in the front suspension that could cause the noise. Having the front steering and suspension inspected will likely turn up the cause.
