What is your question?
All brake problem lights on the dashboard are illuminated. That includes the master warning light, brake warning light, electronically controlled brake warning light, ABS light and slip indicator light. The problem may be a brake actuator assembly problem that was the subject of a lexus warrantee enhancement program. The program only went for 10 years and my car is older than that and a little over the mileage that was covered as well. I know that some auto parts stores rebuild brake assembly actuators. We have not driven the car since the lights went on and stayed on except for today to test the brakes. They do appear to be working correctly now but the lights are still on. I am trying to educate myself regarding options available to me if it turns out the actuator assembly is defective or if there may be an easier fix than replacing it or trying to rebuild it. Is it advisable to rebuild a brake actuator assembly? Actual defective part not yet diagnosed on computer plug in

What have you done to determine that this "brake actuator assembly" is actually the cause of the concern you are having? Additionally, although I do not have your VIN specific data, I don't see this program, I only see brake actuator replacement for noise. You really have to have the troubleshooting performed to find out what direction to test -- what area is failing causing the warning lights to come on? There are more than a few components in this system that will need looked at. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
