good battery turn the key nothing emergency shut-off or security back-ups may have been engaged dont know for sure

I have an LX450 and I have worked on the security system. I don't believe they will shut off like that. However they do have issues with those starters randomly failing.

That's vintage security system. Try using the key to unlock the passenger door then see if it starts. A failed starter usually clicks on that model. Was vehicle jumped backwards? Check main fuse. Try starting in neutral.
