My car wont accelerate it was running fine got back from the body shop 8 months ago I was car crash they fix it my car it was running fine and then out of no where my car wouldn’t accelerate it was just keep reving so what do I do

Hello, not accelerating but revving - sounds like a transmission engagement issue.
