My seat belt warning light will not come on.

What is your question?

The seat belt warning light does not come when I start the car and belt no fastened. The warning light is visable when the key is turn on (not started)

There is a micro switch in your seat belt latch. Eather that switch is bad or the wiring broken to that switch.
