Car won't start battery is new but not much power to lights Windows ect.

Maybe cables not secure on battery. Maybe the cold cranking amps on the battery are not enough to start the car. Try jump starting with another car.

possibly a bad alternator, you may have been driving on battery power only. Does your vehicle have the battery gage on the dash, if so it should be on 14 + amps normally.
