99 qx4 ran fine , stalled & quit because of dead battery , now it wont start ???

Why "QX4" and you list 92 Lexus LS400? I answered your other question, but to the point -- regardless of vehicle, if the vehicle stalled due to the belt coming off, you need to find out why and repair that, and then also recharge and test the battery to ensure it's operating properly.
